This role involves identifying, managing, and expanding influencer relationships across various social media platforms. ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
✅ 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
✅ Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer industry trends.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
✅ Familiarity with ambassador, affiliate, and referral marketing programs (Social Snowball experience preferred).
✅ Proficiency in LTK, YouTube, TikTok, Social Snowball, and Discord.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
