A fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to drive and expand its influencer partnerships. This company is dedicated to building an inclusive and engaged community through high-quality products and innovative marketing strategies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Influencer Marketing Manager to support and enhance influencer marketing efforts. This role involves identifying, managing, and expanding influencer relationships across various social media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Influencer Marketing, the ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and has a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management

  • Identify and engage potential creators, especially those experienced in Live Streaming Toolkit (LTK, TikTok, brand website, etc.).
  • Manage influencer communication pipelines, sending collaboration invites and ensuring seamless engagement.
  • Oversee product gifting logistics, ensuring timely shipping and follow-ups.
  • Approve and review influencer content to align with brand values and messaging.
  • Monitor influencer activity to ensure consistent and effective posting after receiving gifted products.
  • Maintain daily communication with influencers regarding advertisement (AD) codes.
  • Accurately upload and manage all AD codes in relevant tracking documents.
  • Partner with the Head of Influencer Marketing to develop long-term relationships with key influencers.
  • Stay informed on influencer marketing trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and influencer payments.

Platform & Community Management

📌 YouTube

  • Ensure influencers are actively posting and adhering to platform and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation tracking YouTube content and performance.

📌 TikTok Lives

  • Coordinate TikTok Shop live streaming sessions, including briefing influencers, setting up studios, providing samples, and managing schedules.

📌 Brand Website & Owned Channels

  • Collaborate with influencers to create content for brand-owned live streaming sessions.

📌 Discord

  • Manage multiple Discord channels and coordinate with moderators to foster an active and positive community.
  • Implement engagement strategies to maintain audience interaction.

📌 Social Snowball

  • Track and report on ambassador affiliate program performance and payouts.

Ambassador, Affiliate & Referral Program Management

  • Oversee ambassador email programs and ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Manage the brand’s ambassador community, encouraging participation and advocacy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or brand partnerships.
✅ Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer industry trends.
✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
✅ Familiarity with ambassador, affiliate, and referral marketing programs (Social Snowball experience preferred).
✅ Proficiency in LTK, YouTube, TikTok, Social Snowball, and Discord.
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
