Hybrid 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.

My client is seeking a talented and creative Product Designer/Developer to help them expand their product range and refine their existing offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for fitness and wellness, and experience in product design. You will work closely with the founder to conceptualise, prototype, and bring to market innovative and aesthetically pleasing products that reflect the brand’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Research, conceptualise, and design new products for the brands range, including soft play equipment, fitness gear, and gymnastics products.

•        Create detailed design sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models tobring product concepts to life.

•        Work with manufacturers to choose materials that align with theirbrand values of quality, safety, and sustainability.

•        Collaborate with manufacturers to develop prototypes, conduct product testing, and refine designs based on feedback.

•        Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand customer needs, competitive products, and market trends.

Key Requirements:

•        Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, ora related field.

•        3+ years of experience in product development or design, preferably inthe fitness, sports, or children's play equipment sectors.

•        Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite,Rhino, AutoCAD).

•        Understanding of safety standards and regulations in the fitness orchildren’s product industries.

•        Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality andcost-effectiveness.

•        Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•        Passion for fitness, gymnastics, or wellness products is a plus.
