Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and analyse detailed marketingcampaigns across various platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Snap,Shopify, and ClickUp.
• Manage social media platforms and onlineadvertising to boost brand visibility and engagement.
• Implement and refine SEO and SEM strategies toincrease organic traffic and improve search engine presence.
• Create engaging content for emails, and socialmedia channels that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysecompetitor activities to spot trends and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on KPI’s such as returningcustomers, social sessions, and email retention/revenue metrics. Produceinsightful reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and oversee marketing budgets, ensuringresources are used effectively to achieve campaign objectives and maximise ROI.
• Collaborate closely with product development,sales, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with broaderbusiness objectives.
• Coordinate and manage brand events andpromotional activities to boost brand recognition and engage customers.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply withindustry standards and regulations, upholding brand integrity and customertrust. 

You will ideally have:

• 2-5 years of experience in the ecommerceindustry
• Marketing experience within the beauty industry  
• Marketing experience with Meta and TikTok  
• Experience with Shopify
• Experience with ClickUp or equivalent (I.e.Monday.com)
